Package missing

I have been waiting since 10 October (it is 18 November today, and my order was placed on the 30th of September) for my parcel to be delivered. Been on the phone and emails with Takealot almost every day since then and also contacted the courier company responsible but no one fixes the issue. I tried to get a refund, but they just keep escalating the phone call.

The supposed date they made the delivery does not correspond since I got a call from Takealot after that date to confirm my delivery address and the name on the DOV is not the same handwriting as the person they claim signed for the parcel.

Terrible terrible service. If I had my way I would never again support this company ever again.
