Pacakage not Delivered

Today was the second day in my new home busy moving and receiving furniture and appliances. I took leave from work to receive all my packages. Take alot did not deliver my patio set even after receiving the sms notification saying my package will be delivered before 5pm. This is very upsetting and unprofessional especially after the money I paid for is in their account and I am without my package. I tell everyone where i buy my things when people are interested and it is usually Take alot, but after this ordeal I will definitely think twice before ordering with yhem again in the future.
