P@thetic service

First, I received (twice) packages from Takealot that was soaked and boxes broken due to canopy leaks ... secondly, I received todat two keyboard sets - UNBOXED, UNSEALED and WET again due to rain. The keayboards are not even sealed and look second hand. Good luck trying to log a complaint about issues like this with Takealot ... there is a FAQ of multiple pages and at the end it just throws you back where you started. ZERO personal service, not even a helpdesk email with a reference number system. Secondly, out of the last 5 deliveries only 2 was within working hours. I had one delivery at 19h30 in the evening with the courier hooting like mad outside my house. I will be focussing my buying from other suppliers as from now due to: P@thetic delivery system, p@thetic helpdesk system and p@thetic feedback. I do not expect any feedback on this matter as they simply DO NOT CARE about client service or feedback.
