Overpromise and no delivery

Your inability to deliver on the date you guarantee has cost me a day of my holiday. waiting in vain for some form of communication initiated by yourselves to manage my expectation of when you will deliver my wife's pressie. Your email guaranteed today so i ordered... it will be here before we need to leave... where is it? The tracking on your website is blank. I have called your company 3 times and my wife more. You promise to revert but do not. You promise to deliver but do not. You say you have escalated but have not. You said a manager would call but did not. Your business is built on promises which you seem unable to keep. I even offered to collect from your warehouse... what more can I do to try and get you to do above board business in a professional manner. You sit with my money and in return you have made your problems mine.</p>
