Overpriced, slow, and useless

After seven years, and nearly 100,000 rands worth of orders, I won't be using take a lot again. Overpriced, usually double anything Makro charges for this last delivery has been three weeks, and still nothing. Comms are slow, and completely inconclusive, unhelpful, and sloppy. Don't get me started on the non-existent return "service".
