Overpriced
Purchased a shoe on Takealot only to realise that Superbalist has the exact same shoe for R500 less (both sites at normal price, not on sale). I then requested the order to be cancelled. I don't see why Takealot has such a ridiculously high price considering that they acquired Superbalist. Is it true what people are saying that the whole Takealot experience has just been plummeting.

Even though Superbalist is a division of takealot.com we still operate independently and most likely have different suppliers that supply goods to us at different prices. We've instructed our complaints team to get in touch with our buyer to see if they're able to shed some light on the matter.
