Overcharged and still no credit on my account

I have purchase items on sale and was overcharged, I am trying for 2 day already just to get a credit on my account for the overcharged amounts. I've send two emails again this morning at it's almost 13:00 and still haven't heard anything from them. Is this what they call service??? I am really very annoyed by them.
