OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER !

3 weeks ago I made two online purchases from Takealot . I have been told 3 weeks later (2 weeks before Christmas) the products are out of stuck and they will not be delivered. The worst is that they are not refunding me the money but guaranteeing that I spend the money on their website by issuing CREDIT FOR THEIR WEBSITE.

I dont want to use the service again!
