Over a month and still haven't received the correct order

On the 29th of October I placed an order with Takealot to date my query has not been resolved ,before even placing my order I confirmed with takealot consultants if the item I wanted to order would come in a pair or if I needed to order the item twice ,two of takealots consultants came back to me and confirmed the item comes in a pair when my order was delivered I received a single item after weeks of back and forth take alot advised they will collect the order and replace it with a pair upon delivering the item they returned the exact same order with the exact same barcode and it was still not in a pair how much longer am I going to have to wait for the correct order no one seems to know what's going on this service is pathetic
