Over 3weeks order delay

The most terrible service from Takealot.com I placed an order on 31 October and till today ( 18 November)they keep making me a fool saying my order will come the next day. Driver even **** yesterday saying he is in my area. When I called the customer service the lady I spoke to on the 15 November dropped my call as I insisted on clarity on whats taking so long. I had to even change the delivery address as I heard they don't want to come to remote areas .only when I did that the driver Emmanuel started calling me making false promises to deliver and today its Friday. They should have blocked me from ordering if they don't prefer delivering in certain area. Over R2000 order and getting this mediocre service. I will never order again.
