Outstanding service

<p>I have bought many items via Takelot.com and have always received very good service. In this particular instance, they have surpassed all my expectations!! I recently bought a second TV via Takelot. After a few days an intermitent problem emerged . After a few more days the problem persisted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Takelot and filled in a goods return/credit form online. The TV was collected on the day specified by Takelot. Two days later I was informed that a new TV would be dispatched to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>In all, it took six days, including two days over the weekend, for the entire transaction to take place. I recieved the replacement TV on time as specified.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want ot commend Takalot for their outstanding professional and excellent manner in which this matter was handled.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Takelot.
