Outstanding Returns Service

I ordered an oxygen concentrator for someone who was suffering from COVID. There was a problem that we thought was with the flow rate control, although may have been with the flow indicator. I spoke to Ridhaa C in returns, and explained that we couldn't return the unit in the normal way as the patient was dependent on it. He was extremely helpful, and arranged for a replacement unit to be delivered at the same time the return was collected, and then contacted the warehouse and delivery teams to expedite the returns process. I am most grateful to him for going the extra mile for us, and doing everything he could to ensure that the patient's use of the oxygen concentrator was not interrupted.
