Outstanding Credit

After i returned some books in December month to Take A Lot in Montague Gardens,i have not receive my credit into my Mobicred account eversince,I tried their phones numerous times,its difficult to contact them,even with thier "Contact Us" option. I cant let my money go to waste. I need intervention please.
