Outright lies!

Delivery should have been here on the 19th of August. I've been waiting the whole day for the call, then I get this message: we tried to deliver but couldn't. This message is an outright lie! Then on the 20th of August at around 10am I receive the same message: we tried to deliver but couldn't. another lie! On both days I didn't receive a call for delivery. I've been waiting or the delivery at home. I tried to call the number *** and couldn't get through
