Outrageous service!!!

Absolutely ********** service received from Takealot. If I could give minus stars I would. I Ordered some items 2 months ago and they sent the wrong items. Then they picked up the wrong items and didn’t send any of the correct products. After countless emails and phone calls I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve asked to speak to a manager many times but then they put down the phone on me. Terrible customer care!! Definitely do not recommend!
