Out of stock sale item

I've recently purchased an item that was promised to be delivered within a few days only to check on my orders and find one of the items has been cancelled by takealot due to it being out of stock.

I had no problem waiting for the item to become available but what irritated me is the fact that the item was on sale. I requested that when the item does become available to have it at the sale price as I did take advantage of the offer made available but obviously takealot cannot fulfill that wish. I find it a bit unfair as the item was already paid now and not just in my cart.

Takealot please don't offer such fantastic deals it you cannot procure the goods. I enjoy shopping with you but the assistance and understanding I received today was not good enough. Please do better in the future.
