Out Of Stock No Notification

Well here i am once again complaining, I have never ever had any problems with takealot, but good things never lasts, I placed a order last week 29 September and got my email from Takealot on 1st of October stating that they did receive my payment and that I will receive my goodies on the 6th of October, yesterday when i contacted them to find out where my stuff was, i spoke to a very helpful person Garshwin Jacobs, he immediately had a look what was going on and gave me feedback, and I find out that they did not have any stock of the Phedra Cut and I was not told about this, instead I was given a date which my goods was suppose to be delivered unaware that was no they day it will be delivered, Garshwin told me that the Supplier was suppose to notify me, but once again I did no order from the Supplier I ordered from Takealot, the tell me that the will get stock on Friday and then it will be send to me, more than a week I have to wait an all they can say is sorry, well sorry does not fix the fact that you did not inform me that, 6th October will not be my delivery date, Thanks Takealot.
