<p>I had ordered 3 Sony MP3 players from Takealot on the 13-04-2017, paid and and my app showed that i would get my delivery by the next tuesday. On the 18-04-2017 i get an email from a takealot team member stating that Takealot is unable to source the item from the supplier and i will get a credit, i find this very unacceptable as there was not even another option given to me, i also had 3 more of the same MP3 players in my basket just waiting for me to make a payment. after receiving the email from takealot my cart was emptied. i really do not think that this is fair as i already had made plans to give the MP3 players as gifts.</p>
