OUT OF STOCK
I would like to know why an item is advertised on [URL Removed] when it is out of stock!!! This item has been out of stock for over 1 month and been in my wish list for that length of time. I email an enquiry and get NO response either (Maybe coz they do not know what to say)!!! This is a website designed to sell items over the internet......what is the point of advertising something that you can't get (it defeats the object of the website)?? It should be removed if it is unavailable and once it is available again, place it back on the website. Placing it in my \WISH LIST"has made NO DIFFERENCE FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH!!!"""

We're sorry for the frustration caused by the out of stock situation, but listings aren't removed when they're sold out as they generally get replenished when stock becomes available again. Out of stock item are kept on the site to inform customers that it is available from us, just not at the current time. In these instances a customer would then add the item to their Wishlist to be notified when it does become available again. Unfortunately restocking items aren't always up to us, but based on supplier availability.
We'll instruct our complaints team to make contact with you to find out which item you're referring to in particular & we'll see if there's an update on its availability yet from the supplier.
