Out of stock

I had such bad service from Takealot. I ordered an item on sale. Waited two week just to be informed that the item is now out of stock. How can it take two weeks to only realise the item is not in stock? I could have imported it and received it faster for cheaper. Now they say I must order the item again but it is not on sale anymore. Very disappointing.
