'Out for delivery' - but it is never delivered

My order has been delayed so many times. The order was eventually split with different delivery dates for different items. There has been two occasions there the items were 'out for delivery' (delivered before 5), and then nothing. No delivery. There is no way to contact you guys either. very frustrating. Please can someone update me on the status of my delivery. It is 'out for delivery' again today. Lets hope it actually comes this time.
