Ouright lies by Takealot.com

Bought a pet bed from Takealot this week for R1069. Went to pick up the order just to get home and find a table had been delivered to me. I request a return and ask that the correct item is sent to me as this has not been my mistake. After sending countless emails to takealot asking for the correct item to be sent they offer no assistance and outright try and deceive me by sending an email that the item is no longer available and that they would need to credit my account. After checking takealots website I come to realise that the item is indeed still available but the price has noe gone up and they are lying to me as a custoner after it beibg their mistake. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the first time that a company has blatanlty tried to deceive me after a mistake caused by them. I am absolutely disgusted by this and can not believe the lack of assistance being given by takealot. I am now left without a bed for my old age dog and no replies or assistance whatsoever from takealot.
