Orders ****** due to hijacking

My orders which I waited 2 weeks for were out for delivery and then I got an sms and email informing me the delivery driver was hijacked. It took takealot 3 days to reply to me and tell me this happened. They then offered to replace the order. I confirmed and said yes replace my ****** orders. They then ignored my replacement request and credited my account less than the value. I also lost out on a voucher coupon I used. I'm not sure why I am being punished and not refunded my money and not receiving a new coupon voucher. It wasn't my fault they got hijacked. The takealot lady said "well this is part of living in South Africa". This is also a legal security breach because the hijackers now have my orders which has my name, surname, cellphone number, physical address and email address. The takealot lady said it's unfortunate and they don't have protocol for security breach.
