Orders not recieved after 2 months

I ordered a endoscope for my phone. It has been about two months that I am still waiting. I called and they said they will sort it out. After me caling it has been another month. Order say that not shipped yet. I thougt it will take at least a week or so. They even send me wrong items in this order that I dont want. I want my money back. I bought some of my items from Dischem for half the price in any case
