Orders not getting delivered!

ABSOLUTE **** SHOW!

after pushing the deadline for my delivery TWICE because, they are “awaiting” my order to be delivered to them, I phone them and they tell me it is being packed. This were 3 days ago! How on earth can you pack for 3 days on one package?! And calling them, all respons you get from the call centre is “sorry sir we can’t do anything” well no ****!

I will never use them again!
