Orders never came and another package bad shape

<p>I order a bluray on the 30th November. It was suppose to be delievered on the 14 December ...15days -:) aooch!!! anyhoo because i wanted this bluray badly i waited. On 14th i called in the nice lady i spoke to to me me my bluray is been seating at warehouse for 2 days and she wondered why no one has bothered with delivering. She then said she will find out a call me back. She did with bad news:</p> <p> </p> <p>Takelot has told them that they do not have a "physical item" so they are offering me a replacemenet probably something i would not want anyway - or They can reorder my bluray and as per the lady "it is going to takes DAYZ before it can come to you" an i know she was right because i have wait a longtime.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then i cancelled the order.</p> <p>Why i am reporting this? I really sucks to wait for so long and you do not get want to want..BAD service TAKEALOT. </p> <p>Another reason is that i bought item form Takelot and the packaging was old and damaged and i reported this to them and they didnt even bother replying to my complain. I had to go buy that item at Makro since it was a gift..now i am seating with a product i was suppose give it as gift. Was of money and time...BAD Service TAKEALOT. </p>
