Orders keep on missing

I have ordered from Takealot and my orders have got missing 2 times 😡 mind you i have a business to run… its over 3 weeks now and i need my products…. This is my last time i buy from them…

I even received an email for 2 days that my order will be delivered then the next thing when i check my order since they didn’t deliver as promised… they are telling me that it’s missing

What i want now is my products to be delivered today 30 September
