Orders going to East London when my address cleary states Boksburg, Gauteng

Never had such bad experience with takealot like this past month.

I ordered items on (Order # ********** 6) 23 November, deliver should have been on 28 November. items was sent to East London. why i dont know as my deliver address clearly states BOKSBURG, GAUTENG, which is the delivery address ive had since i started ordering on takealot and i always received my stuff. as of today, 3 weeks later i still haven't received anything.

Then i ordered on (Order # ********** 3) 25 November- everything was allocated to my order. when i phoned the call center, they tell me half the stuff is not in stock and i will have to wait 8- 13 working days. phoned the next day and they tell me no, they wont be able to get the smart watch as there is no stock at all. so i cancelled the order.

On 4 December i placed another order (Order # ********** ), hoping this time i might receive the gifts i ordered for Christmas on time, just to find out today that, that order is also now in EAST LONDON????? *** is going on with you guys. doesn't anyone know what they are doing there??

now my last order (Order # ********** 0) will most probably also end up in ****en EAST London?

I will take this further is i dont receive ALL 3 orders by end of Business day TOMORROW (12 December 2017)

i want feed back ASAP and i want to know how does my orders end up there????'

i already had to change my COD payment for one order, i had to EFT the money.

there is no way i am doing it again as i pay to draw the money and then i have to pay again to put the money back into my account just so i can do an EFT because of takealot that doesn't know what they are doing.

How is this even close to Vincent, East London?????
