Orders dont ship

I placed a order on the 26th of April where deliver was to take place the next friday, then suddenly no shipment took place an when tracking I noticed i would receive the shipment by the 6 of may i received 2 of the items on the 6th where one was just cancelled and the other two are still expected to arrive by the 6th with no shipping details. the items still show in stock should you want to order but there is no explanation as to why my order is not been shipped. There are no telephone numbers where you can speak to a human. i have logged queries but i have not received any answers. i dont even know how to cancel this order that is hanging in the air. I can understand that take a lot does not have a call center where one can speak to someone to find out what is happening, Take a lot used to be my go to site for ordering online but i guess i will find another
