ORDERS. *********** DELIVERY STAFF!?
I cannot even rate them a one. Minus 10 would be great. Lately, when ordering an item, they make sure they send a wrong item. When you return it, then send you only a part of ehat you paid, with a coupon fon the rest, with an expired date. So they force you to order again!! They do *****, because they use my own money for the coupon! They also fo NOT reply when you want to discuss your problem. *********** AND ****T-UP - some of the staff!!!!!!!

04 Jul 2025, 15:52Hi. Takealot refuses to pay back any of my money. Of the R599 that I paid, they Credit my account with them with R399 and gave me a coupon of R200 that expires on the 27th of July. So they did not sent me what I ordered, accordingly to a PICTURE ... Are they so *********** or just stupid??
