Ordering through Takealot becomes more complicated!!

Somehow for my last three purchases I keep receiving the incorrect product and upon returning they just credit the account due to no stock but when you check online there is stock. Then you have to re-order hoping that you receive the correct product second time around and having to make provision for the delivery fee. With my last order same case after the service consultant assured me that there is stock and that I would receive a replacement delivered to me which the delivery fee would be covered by Takealot... And then my account just got credited due to no stock but upon checking online there is stock. Ordering through Takealot is becoming more of a schlep than a convenience. Delivering the incorrect items and taking the easy way out by just crediting your account other than putting in the effort to correct their mistake.
