Dear Moeneebah and Dawn and the ENTIRE TAKEALOT TEAM
I AM GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED WITH YOUR AUTOMATED RESPONSES and you're unwillingness to assist me.
As I said there is no barcode on the packaging nor is there a barcode on the product or item itself.
I am NOT iliterate or stupid you know. Not sure ifyou are not listening to me or just responding.
I said for the last time. The driver dropped off the packaging next door with no receipt and when the neighbours gave it to me, I received a package without a receipt and when I opened the package there was no barcode outside the packaging or on the item besides the numbers provided by the manufacturer.
I will keep the item but I will make sure that I tell family, friends, colleagues and the larger social media community about your horrible return policy.
