ordering from takealot is a disaster

Hi i ordered and paid for parcel on 6th November they told me delivery on 13th November that day came no delivery i looked on the app it said delivery on 27th another 2 weeks!!! no communication at all about the delay I then e mailed to say leave out the goods causing the delay and got response ok they will do that then a few hours later got another email saying some the same goods are delayed and delivery only on 27th after i was told these have already been taken out so frustrating!!!

I rep**** saying these must be taken out I was promised delivery by 17th and agin it didnt happen and they were finally delivered today I received my parcel and one of the products that was said to be there on the delivery list wasnt there and another had spilled and been damaged in the box plus i haven't received the credit on my account for the products that were cancelled

all in all pathetic from takealot I will never order from them again I have spent hours on this and its still not resolved i want someone to call me and sort this out
