Ordering and confirmation

I ordered various items on 5/03/25 and queried them 3 days later as I never received a confirmation and order number as usual. They investigated and sort the problem out within hours. It was my mistake as I used a different mail when ordering!! The acknowledgement and order number went to this mail address and I was checking on my normal mail!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stupid me!!!!
