Ordered TV over week ago, gone.

So we ordered a TV Monday, 27 November 2017. It is 05 December 2017 and no TV. No one actually knows where it is. Takealot is just PATHETIC with their communication to us. They keep referring back to the third party couriers they use - Time Freight. But you know what, Takealot, that's not my problem. If you want to provide this service, then you should be able to deliver.

Is bad service just the norm these days?
