Ordered something and Takealot got it all wrong

1. Ordered a whistling kettle with black accents from Takealot on a Daily Deal yesterday. They had 4 colours in total to choose from, but I added the BLACK 1 to my cart. Once I had reviewed & finalised my order it all of a sudden said I ordered the GREEN kettle. (perhaps something wrong with the app)<br> 2. During my order process when selecting the delivery options, I selected for it to be delivered to my home on MONDAY 28 December, as I am not at home until SUNDAY. About an hour after placing my order, I recieve a SMS informing me that it would be delivered TODAY, which I specifically did not ask for. Not to mention that the last time I was told a parcel would be delivered before 5pm on a specific day, no one came and I sat at home the whole day waiting for no reason.<br> 3. phone this morning & we're told that nothing can be done as the order is already with Mr D & if we want the BLACK kettle which we actually initially ordered, we would need to wait for the item to be delivered and request for a return - which means I won't get the item for the same price.<br> <br> This is absolutely pathetic - Takealot owns a huge chunk of Mr D, how hard is it to call them & get the parcel back & correct it?
