Ordered on Saturday in stock, Still Waiting

On Saturday 30 May 2015 I placed an order, where it showed in stock, JHB & CPT! Takealot confirmed delivery by 3 June 2015. I have been monitoring the tracker each day and it has still not left the warehouse on Friday 5 June 2015. I called Mr Delivery twice and they were helpful in trying to find out why my order is not showing on there side. I called takealot and they keep saying they will get back to me as they are not sure where my order is! So what have you been doing since my order was placed last Saturday? No matter how many times I call, they say they will get back to me and not once has anyone been able to tell me what is actually happening! I expect my order today and if it is not delivered by today, I expect some sort of compensation for it.
