Ordered multiple items but only received two

Hi There, Track your Order (***) I have ordered 3 items from Takealot and unfortunately only 2 items were delivered. It shows that I have signed for all 3 of them but I only singed for.

I must say there has been issues with my order from day 1. Can I please get a refund on the other item.
