Ordered guaranteed same day delivery only to have the package not be delivered after even phoning and asking if it's possible

<p>I Ordered a package with guarenteed same day delivery. After phoning multiple times to ask if it is still possible for the package to be delivered and getting confirmation that my package is on it's way to me, the package was not delivered. At 3 in the afternoon it was still in the warehouse! </p> <p> </p> <p>This is unacceplable and I want to be compincated for more than just the money back from the guartee, because it was an agreement that was not held up on Takealot's side. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would really like to contact a lawyer to check if I can sue them, because there's nothing in their T'c and C's about this situation either. even their number on the site is out dated!</p> <p> </p> <p>Very very poor service! </p>
