Ordered at Takealot on the 27 October and had the next day delivery

Ordered at Takealot on the 27 October and had the next day delivery. They have berm saying that there was no one to receive the order yet they do not call at the gate it’s been 3 days and every day they say the same thing. I would like some assistance with obtaining my order. Someone please help
