Ordered and paid for 2 items on the 1st of April, when I try tracking my order on their App it showed that payment was pending

Ordered and paid for 2 items on the 1st of April, when I try tracking my order on their App it showed that payment was pending. Contacted them and the agent requested proof of payment, which is did send together with an email I received confirming payment after my order was confirmed. They keep telling me that they are awaiting feedback from their finance department. Today I received an email that they canceled my order yet they not paying back my money.. Need my money back then I can buy a tablet elsewhere..
