Ordered a gaming chair only to get credit

I saved up to finally spoil myself with a gaming chair that was on special 64% off, I was ecstatic about it and placed my order down,done the payment and the order was accepted. I've been keeping my eyes on the order to make sure it was moving bit then realised the ship never happened and everything was on a standstill but it still told me it would arrive on the 12th Aug. Only on yesterday they told me that they've lost the parcel in transit and when I checked on the chairs order they've sold out on the chair I wanted and the red chair they had was only one available but then the special was gone. I was disappointed because what I spent has become credit so I can't get it back in my bank account. This morning I checked on the app again and low and behold the chair that I wanted was available again and on special, I feel *****ed off . Really disappointed
