Ordered 5 products.. Only received 3... zero feedback from Takealot

I bought 5 products from Takealot on 24th November. On 4 December a parcel arrived, but only one of the five products was received. Received email from Takealot to say they hope I'm happy with my delivery. I immediately emailed back confiming I only received ONE. Tons of emails and phone calls later, I received two more items on the 6th. Now the 12th. Not a word from Takealot regarding when the other two items will be received. Phoned... emailed... received tons of promises, yet no delivery or refund. Customer service non existent. Zero follow up or feedback. Every time I phone or email, I have to spend forever explaining the situation to a new person as previous person is either not there or even worse, person of that name does not exist. Staff quoting false names, closing calls without ANY action, zero customer care. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
