Ordered 3, only 1 delivered and just can not get it right with them.

I ordered 3 phones, only one came in the box and when I want to tell them that, the nightmare started. Logged a request and wrote there clearly need 2 more to be delivered (as there is no option to say wrong qty delivered), and no one seems to read customer note, and they sent someone to pick up the only one delivered to me and saying they will send all three together. So I left with nothing and after a few days of no communication, I wrote an email to complaint, the person rep**** to say they will investigate at warehouse and come back to me. A day later the one phone they picked up got credited with a note saying no more stock. I then rep**** to the same email I got the previous time to say what about the two never delivered, please credit them as well. Two days later, got reply saying the item was credited (referring to the one returned) and case closed......It seems they never read customer note or email properly, so paid R13.5k for three phones, R4500 was credited as they picked it up, the other two for R9000 just down the drain, they do not deliver and they do not want to credit, no matter what I write and say they don't care.
