Order was never delivered to my adress, where is my delivery??

I received a SMS yesterday, 07 September at 11:30am stating order *** is out on delivery. I waited until 19:30pm last night, and still nothing was delivered to me. This morning 08 September when I checked the order status, it displays as “07 September 14h49 Delivered” on the website. No-one called me telephonically yesterday from outside my gate (like they normally do), to come fetch the delivery. And no-one came to my house to make a delivery yesterday. Where is my delivery? And the call centre number availible, is only operational mondays to fridays.
