Order taking way way longer to arrive and no explanation given

When am I getting my order which was paid for on the 26/01/2022.

Sadly no one is getting back to me on what the delay is.

This is really frustrating.

If you can take the time to send me notification about the time running and what has just dropped.

Surely you can take the time to resolve my issue and give me an update on what exactly the delay is.
