Order taking extremely long

I ordered a few items on Take alot as a house warming gift for someone, i thought it would get here within 5-7 days. I received some items more than two weeks later, i have a mirror that i ordered and it's been 3 weeks and i have still not received it. On the app there is no way of following up on the order. My friend had since bought a mirror and i have no use for it any longer.

I am extremely unhappy with this service and would like to cancel the order as it states not yet shipped on the app but i don't know how and there are no way of doing it through the app.

This extremely bad service. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy something as gift.

Order was placed on the 31st Jan and still. How can I cancel this order?
