Order still not delivered after delivery date
<p>I placed and paid for an order on takealot on 25 April 2017. The delivery date was 10 May 2017. The last update on my 'Track Order' was on 5 May to say that my order has been scheduled for delivery. It is now 16 May - THREE weeks after ordering - and my order has yet to arrive. No update on 'Track Order' since 5 May. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent emails to inquire and apparently my order was sent to the wrong location and would have been sent back to the correct location last week. Yeah, right.... I guess my order is still floating around somewhere in JHB.</p> <p> </p> <p>New inquiry emails were sent and still I cannot get an answer on where my order is or when it will be delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Worst of all is, this was supposed to be a Mother's day gift. Instead I was left empty handed whilst Takealot has their money and I have nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps I should try and change my delivery address to something that is easier to find for takealot couriers.</p>
