ORDER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED!

Order #*** - the delivery person said they are only delivering 2 of the boxes we ordered, this was on 14 December and the 3rd box which is a freezer will be delivered on 18 December - already this was a complete disaster as we are a guest lodge and need the freezer for one of the booked out kitchens.

THE FREEZER STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED! We contacted Takealot on email on 19 December and have not heard back. No number to call... NO FREEZER FOR GUESTS!
