Order still being processed two weeks later after receiving payment

<p>This order was placed on 21 May 2016. 14 days ago. It still shows being processed. You were very quick to reply to my last email when your system allowed me to select an item that later only at checkout showed out of stock. This time it's taking more than 2 weeks to even process my order for an item that is in stock. You were quick to take my payment too. I am interested in your reply to this email. Clearly this customer is not happy.</p>
